Dan Kleckner

Graphic Designer

You know how some people and TV and movie characters have a catchphrase? Well, Dan’s is “unbelievable.”

He loves the word. He uses it a lot. Everyday. A lot. Sometimes in excitement (!) Sometimes in anger (throwing his hand up in the air). Sometimes in disgust (shaking his head). Actually, most of the time he uses it in disgust. Tells you a lot about what he thinks of his coworkers and work environment doesn’t it?! Unbelievable, indeed.

A graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Dan is one of the younger designers on the Jangle team and the resident bachelor. Upon his hiring, all the male employees at Jangle looked forward to living vicariously through the adventures of this young, single buck. Until that it is, in the span of two weeks shortly after he was hired, he moved out of his apartment, moved in with his girlfriend and got a dog to boot. Why didn’t he sell his car, too, while he was at it?! Jeez, if he surrendered any more of his freedom, he’d be under house arrest. Yep, you got it: unbelievable.

In his free time, Dan likes to listen to a variety of music and going to concerts. Perhaps he inherited his affinity for music from his father whose CD of country tunes “The Dutch Cowboy” is a tip of the hat to the Kleckner Pennsylvania Dutch heritage which Dan’s extremely proud of as evidenced by this hooftie’s taste for scrapple, pierogies and turkey pot pie.

Dan also enjoys running and playing disc golf — an odd sport where you “golf” with frisbees. Now that’s unbelievable.
