Public Relations Manager

Courtney handles the public relations needs of Jangle’s clients,

including writing and placing press releases, pitching stories to the media and coordinating media events/press conferences. If you want your business or product to get attention, Courtney will get it for you.

She also assists Ryan and Gale in a wide variety of media and account service activities. Ryan wishes she would help him out with picking up his drycleaning and washing his car, too, but Courtney says that’s why the agency hired Dan. Ouch!

Courtney graduated from Daniel Boone High School (where she swears they did NOT wear coonskin caps instead of mortarboards at graduation), then went to Washington, D.C. and attended American University. How much more American can you get? While earning a Public Communications degree from American University, Courtney was an intern at many of the big players in the Washington D.C. (thankfully, though, not the White House during the Clinton administration) including the National Recycling Coalition, the Peace Corps. and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

When she’s not spinning stories for clients, Courtney is running races for herself. An avid runner, Courtney can be seen competing in many local races, usually being cheered on by her fiancée Brad who’s just happy it’s her out there running and not him.
